Baseball Coaches

Hayne Brant  - Head Coach

Hayne Brant is in his fifth season here at Brewton-Parker College. Brant is in his second year as the Head Coach of the Barons. Brant's coaching career started at Young Harris College where he was an assistant coach for two seasons.

Brant is a graduate of the State University of West Georgia.

Coach Brant is from Rincon, GA, but now resides in Lyons with his wife, Holly, and their son, Trey and daughter Campbell.

Andrew Gernatt - Pitching Coach

Andrew Gernatt is in his second season of coaching baseball at Brewton-Parker College.  Coach Gernatt played four years at Brewton-Parker.  Gernatt graduated Spring of 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sport and Fitness.  

Coach Gernatt is from Marietta, Georgia.  He resides in Mt Vernon, GA with his wife, Tonya, and their son AJ, and daughter Natalie.

Phillip Lee- Student Assistant

Phillip is in his first season as a student assistant.  Phillip played four years for the Barons and is a great asset to the coaching staff.

Phillip was a sure handed shortstop for the barons and will be coaching the infielders for the 2008 season.  Phillip is working towards his degree in EDucation and will graduate in May 2008

Shaun O'Toole- Student Assistant

Shaun is in his first season as a student assistant.  Shaun played two seasons for the Baron and was the foundation for the pitching staff during his tenure at Brewton Parker. 

Shaun will be working with the pitchers during the 2008 season.
