Brewton-Parker Announces Commencement Speaker

MOUNT VERNON— The Honorable Tommie Williams, Georgia Senate President Pro Tempore, will be the featured speaker at Brewton-Parker’s commencement exercises on Saturday, May 12 on the Mount Vernon Campus.

The ceremony will be held in Saliba Chapel beginning at 10 a.m. Doors will open at 9 a.m.

Senator Williams represents the 19th Senate District that includes Appling, Jeff Davis, Long, Montgomery, Toombs, Wayne, Wheeler, and a portion of Liberty and Tattnall counties.

Brewton-Parker College is the only accredited four-year Christian college in south Georgia.
