BPC Faculty selected to Who's Who Teachers List
Five members of the Brewton-Parker College faculty and one former member recently were honored in the 2005 edition of Who's Who Among America's Teachers, which annually recognizes educational excellence in the academic community.
Honorees from Brewton-Parker, listed alphabetically with title, are: Dr. Harry M. Bayne, associate professor of English; Dr. Glenn P. Eernisse, chair of Brewton-Parker's Division of Music; Mrs. Juanita Kissell, director of Counseling Services, disability coordinator and adjunct professor; Dr. Kevin D. McCranie, assistant professor of history; and Dr. Larry A. Toll, associate professor of history.
The former faculty member selected is Dr. Christopher G. Walker, who was an assistant professor of music. Eernisse, McCranie and Toll were repeat honorees from the 2004 Who's Who list.
"The faculty members included in Who's Who Among America's Teachers reads like an honor roll of our finest instructors," said Dr. David R. Smith, Brewton-Parker's president. "I am grateful they have been recognized for their excellent efforts."
