Biennial Math and Science Festival open to K-12 students
MOUNT VERNON—Brewton-Parker College and the Heart of Georgia Youth Science & Technology Center will host the biennial spring Math & Science Festival Saturday, March 17 in the college’s Morgan-Moses Building on its Mount Vernon campus from 9:30 a.m to noon.
The free event is open to all kindergarten through 12th grade students in the surrounding area. Students will participate in hands-on science demonstrations and math games at a variety of skill and age levels. This popular event has grown over the years and should be fun for all who attend. No pre-registration is required.
