BPC recycling program pays for Wii, new furniture in Phillips

MOUNT VERNON—Brewton-Parker College students are discovering the joys of recycling – or more importantly – how recycling can affect them, immediately! Through a Mount Vernon campus recycling program, the college was able to purchase new lounge-style furniture and a Wii game system for the Phillips Student Center. The program already purchased a flat panel television and with the addition of the new furniture and game system, this area will continue to be a popular hangout, not only for study time, but for play time as well.
