Team BPC participates in Vidalia Onion Run

Approximately 50 students, faculty and staff from Brewton-Parker College participated in the Vidalia Onion Run/Walk Saturday, April 25 as part of Team BPC. Two BPC team members placed in their age category.

Ashley Byrd, a senior Human Services major, placed third in her age group, women 20-24 in the 5K run. Byrd is also vice president of the BPC Circle K, the collegiate organization of the Vidalia Kiwanis Club. Kiawnis sponsors the Vidalia Onion Run/Walk.

Admissions counselor Mike Price, a BPC alum, placed third as well, men 20-24 in the 5K.

Brewton-Parker College is the only accredited four year Christian college in south Georgia.
