In the men’s 5K run, Jake Giannini, a senior biology major, placed first in his age group, men 20-24.  Director of Admissions Mike Price, a BPC alum, came in second place in the men’s 20-24 age group. Mike also bettered his finish from third to second place in this age category since last year’s Vidalia Onion Run/Walk.

In the men’s 10K run, Karel Ruiz, a senior management major, placed second in his age group, men 20-24.  Oswaldo Saravia, a junior general business major, placed second in his age group, men 25-39.

Circle K, a student service organization associated with Vidalia Kiwanis club, helped coordinate BPC’s participation by promoting the event on campus and signing students, faculty and staff up for the run/walk.
