Biannual Math and Science Festival open to K-12 students

MOUNT VERNON—Brewton-Parker College will host the 18th biannual Math & Science Festival Saturday, Oct. 22 in the college’s Morgan-Moses Building on its Mount Vernon campus from 9:30 a.m to noon.
The free event is open to all kindergarten through 12th grade students in the surrounding area. Students will participate in hands-on science demonstrations and math games at a variety of skill and age levels. This popular event has grown over the years and should be fun for all who attend. The event is free and pre-registration is not required.
