Five BPC Faculty on Who's Who Teachers List

Five members of the Brewton-Parker College faculty recently were honored in the 2002 edition of Who's Who Among America's Teachers, which biennially recognizes educational excellence in the academic community.

Honorees from Brewton-Parker, listed alphabetically with title, are: Dr. Noel C. Carroll, associate professor of education and off-campus education programs coordinator; Dr. Marvin J. McClendon, assistant professor of mathematics; Dr. David E. McMillin, professor of biology and chair of the mathematics and natural sciences division; Vance Rhoades, associate professor of psychology and counseling; and Dr. William A. Said, associate professor of biology.

"The faculty members included in Who's Who Among America's Teachers reads like an honor roll of our finest instructors," said Dr. David Smith, Brewton-Parker's president. "I am grateful they have been recognized for their excellent efforts."
