BPC Homecoming activities set for Feb. 2-7
MOUNT VERNON -- A busy week of Homecoming activities at Brewton-Parker College
is planned on the campus in Mount Vernon beginning Monday, Feb. 2, and
concluding Saturday, Feb. 7, announced Michael Aoa, director of student
activities.
A tea for the Homecoming court begins the week on Monday in the Hall of Fame
Room of the Student Activities Center, with the annual Kappa Bachelor Auction
set for Tuesday at 8:30 p.m. in the Gilder Recital Hall of the Miller Music
Building.
On Wednesday, the Phi Omega Womanless Beauty Review begins at 8 p.m. in the
Gilder Recital Hall.
On Thursday, Feb. 5, a decorating party for students begins at 6 p.m. in Parker
Gymnasium. On Friday, Feb. 6, sidewalk chalk signing and a pep rally at the
Student Activities Center begin at 4 p.m.
Brewton-Parker's basketball doubleheader on Saturday, Feb. 7, begins with the
women's game at 2 p.m., with the Homecoming court presented and winners
announced after that game. The men's contest between the Barons and AUM follows
at about 4 p.m.
Homecoming events conclude that evening with the dance at Parker Gym, beginning
at 8:30.
