What does it mean to be Validated?
Validation is the term used to describe when a representative of the Business Office has officially established a student's plan to pay all educational expenses incurred. All of the following must be in place for the student to be validated:
1. Financial Aid packaging must be complete with award letter in hand
2. Federal Authorization Form must be signed and given to Accounts Receivable Specialist
3. Payment arrangements must be communicated in writing to the Business Office be one of the following scenarios
- The student has paid in full for all charges incurred
- The student has an award letter from the Financial Aid Office documneting he/she has sufficient award funds to cover all charges incurred
- The student has a current paymen plan with Tuition Management to pay for all charges incurred
- Tuition Management is a third-party that has contracted with Brewton-Parker College in order to provide payment plans for students that do not have enough aid or funds to cover the balance for the semester or year. Learn more here
