APPLICATION FOR GRADUATION

INSTRUCTIONS:

| Graduation means receiving the diploma and having the transcript
annotated with degree & date. |
- We offer three opportunities to graduate with a degree, but we only have one ceremony each year and this is in May. The Academic Year includes Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters. Students may participate in the May graduation ceremony for the academic year in which they complete degree requirements. If they miss that ceremony, then they may participate in the following year's ceremony.
- If you will complete all requirements for your degree by the end of Spring term in May 2011, you will be eligible to graduate at that time. You may choose to participate in the May 2011 ceremony or not. Please mark your application accordingly. Caps and gowns must be ordered at the end of February 2011, and we order only for those who indicate they will participate.
- You must complete the application process to ensure a diploma
is ordered for you. The application form initiates the process; no action
will be taken until it has been submitted.
- You must apply for graduation and pay the graduation fee even if
you do not plan to attend the ceremony.
- The deadline for Spring 2011 applications is February 11, 2011. You MUST meet the deadline.
- Each semester will have a stated
deadline for application and payment of fee on the form. You MUST meet the deadline. There will be no EXCEPTIONS.
- The graduation fee
is $150.The fee will automatically be charged to your student account. The account must be paid in full before the diploma will be released.

- Diplomas for students not participating in the ceremony will be sent in mid-June via certified mail with signature required to ensure delivery. You may arrange to pick yours up in person if you prefer.
- Honors will not be recognized at the May ceremony for those who do not complete their degree requirements by the end of the Spring 2011 semester.
