| A degree audit is a final check to determine that you are
meeting the requirements for graduation. It does not
take the place of the advising process. You should request a degree audit
when you begin the last academic
year of study. The following guidelines will help you know whether it is
time to ask for an audit. |
- You have 45+ earned college hours toward an Associate of
Arts degree [or]
- You have 100+ earned college hours toward a Bachelor’s degree
|
| When your request is received, your transcript will be evaluated
and a copy of the audit will be mailed to both
you and your advisor showing exactly what remains to be taken. |
| NOTE two important
points: |
- The degree and major information MUST match what you have
declared in the registrar’s office. If you are
unsure what your record shows, contact your advisor to verify.
- Your
degree audit will be based on the catalog you entered under the last
time you
had an admission or readmission
unless you have formally requested a more current catalog. If you
and your advisor are using a more
current catalog, you must note that on this form.
