Brewton-Parker College: A Private Christian/Baptist College located in Southeast Georgia Student LifeStudent LifeStudent LifeStudent Life

Hello Readers,

Summer is just about over at Brewton Parker. It may still be hot outside, but fall classes start in a little less than a week. Life around BPC is starting to pick up a bit.

Last weekend, this year’s soccer players arrived on Campus. Both the Men’s team and the Women’s team have coaches who are new to Brewton Parker this year. There are also some new faces to the teams as some freshmen have been recruited this past year as well.

Just this past Friday, the RD’s (Resident Directors) arrived back to campus and they began their RA/RD training this past Saturday. The RA’s came back just yesterday. Resident Directors and the RA’s, Resident Assistants, are students who live in the dorms and keep up with the other students in the dorm ad what they are doing. Keep in mind, they can be just as busy as everyone else. RA’s and RD’s also function as representatives for student affairs. They uphold the policies found in the student hand book.

With summer coming to a close, it won’t be long until the rest of the student body arrives. I look forward to all the new faces too.

Blessings,

Timothy
