MOUNT VERNON—Chad Ritchie of Vidalia has been named Assistant Director of Advancement for Brewton-Parker College. Ritchie assumed his new duties Jan. 3, and will work closely with Brewton-Parker Executive Vice President and Director of Advancement Ray Sullivan to plan and implement the college’s fundraising efforts and advancement activities.
“I am extremely pleased that Chad Ritchie is joining the advancement team at Brewton-Parker,” Sullivan said. “Chad is a South Georgia guy who understands and embraces the opportunities for Christian education in this unique part of the state. His pastoral experience in the local church will be of great benefit in helping the College serve Georgia Baptist churches.”
Prior to joining Brewton-Parker, Ritchie was Senior Pastor of Fellowship Baptist Church of Winamac, Ind. for four years. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Pastoral Ministry and Theology from Moody Bible Institute. He and his wife Kristen live in Vidalia with their two daughters, Hannah and Rachel.
