MOUNT-VERNON— Enrollment Services at Brewton-Parker College is pleased to announce the addition of Stephanie Sullivan to the Admissions staff as a Move On When Ready Counselor. Sullivan comes to BPC from Crisp County Primary School, where she taught for ten years.
Last spring, the college was proud to offer college credits to over 250 high school students through the MOWR program. These students represented high schools such as Vidalia Heritage Academy, Tiftarea Academy, Westwood Schools, Montgomery County, Wheeler County, and Crisp Academy, to name a few.
“We have experienced a lot of growth in our MOWR Program and we are very excited to have Stephanie’s assistance in our recruitment and management of the program,” says Chris Dooley, Vice President of Enrollment Services. “She has many years of experience working in both private schools and public school systems. This experience will greatly benefit the growth of the program as she works with prospective students, guidance counselors, and principals.”
Sullivan joins her husband and two sons on BPC’s campus. Ray Sullivan works for the college as Executive Vice President and Director of Advancement for BPC. In addition, their two sons are currently enrolled at BPC—Collin as a junior and Granger as a rising freshman.
As the college continues to grow its MOWR program, Sullivan will be an essential asset to the team as she brings a wealth of knowledge pertaining to the education system. Sullivan has a Master of Education from Georgia Southwestern State University and over twenty years of experience. She has taught at schools such as Crisp Academy and Fullington Academy, and she is confident in her ability to make connections that will help students get kick-start their college career.
