Area Youth Enjoy Brewton-Parker Science Camp

MOUNT VERNON—Area youth ages 9-15 enjoyed a week-long science camp June 13-17 on Brewton-Parker College’s Mount Vernon campus. Under the direction of Dr. Helene Peters, BPC Associate Professor of Biology, campers analyzed DNA and fingerprints, examined organisms under microscopes, built models, dissected frogs, and solved a murder mystery.
